Staying for a night, I found the place to be luxurious and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious, and they handled a couple of hiccups like pros, big love to Jax and Niki!

But honestly, if I wanted to pay $400 a night for a motel experience, I could’ve just camped in my car—more cozy! Really, what's with the outdated rooms?

I recently spent one night in a King Room with City View, and I loved the breathtaking views of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. However, I did find the decor a bit dated, and it could use some refreshing.

Spacious room, convenient location, with great amenities, I loved the large bathroom with a bathtub and the well-equipped fitness center on the 3rd floor, just a short 5-minute walk from the metro station....

The location is perfect, especially for a concert at PNC Park. The beautiful lobby and friendly staff added to the pleasant experience, and I appreciated the direct access to the parking garage. Unfortunately, the service at times felt lacking, as there were moments when the staff didn't seem engaging. Additionally, the room was not made up by the time we returned in the evening, which was disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay at Fairmont Pittsburgh, especially for its superb downtown location. The city views complemented my experience. However, some cleanliness issues stood out. Overall, a memorable retreat, perfect for art enthusiasts and city explorers alike.
